BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS
Building healthy habits involves setting goals. The goals should be things you want to be able to do by the end of your time working with your Performance Habits Coach.
- What would you like to be able to do?
- How often?
- Where?
- For how long?
Sometimes we have no choice but to stop doing things, for example if you have moved away from home and no longer live close to mates or family members. If you can no longer do something you used to do, think of new or different activities that might get you the same thing out of life, even if the new activity looks very different to the old one.
